ATSI Call Recording Package Overview

ATSI Call Recording Package is a Call Recording application designed to work with Voice over Internet (VoIP) phone systems, specifically SIP/Skinny Protocol based systems.

ATSI Call Recording Package adds a powerful user interface, live monitoring capability, manual start and stop as well as better codec support. Access to the recordings is web based and does not require installing any additional software. It features powerful and flexible search capabilities that allow for immediate and accurate retrieval of required recordings. Features include: Search and tag recordings, Live Monitoring (listen to calls as they happen), Manual start and stop, Selective recording, Automatic recording forwarding, Logs recordings metadata to any major Database system.

Key features and functionalities /SIP OR SKINNY Environment

ATSI Call Recording Package allows clients to search, find and categorize recordings based on time or date of call, incoming phone number, outgoing phone number or other customer requirements. Access to the calls is provided with standard browsers like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, without installing any additional software. Replay of calls works with an integrated Windows Media Player. Powerful and flexible search criteria allow for immediate and accurate retrieval of required calls.

Recording and Storage

ATSI Call Recording Package records VoIP SIP/Skinny sessions by passively listening to network packets.  Both sides of a conversation are mixed together and each call is logged as a separate audio file.
Record from a standard sound device (e.g. microphone or line input). Can record multiple channels at the same time. Each recording goes to separate audio files
Open plug-in architecture for audio capture means that the system is potentially capable of recording from any audio source.
Automatic audio segmentation so that continuous audio sources can be split in separate audio files and easily retrieved later.
Voice activity detection.
GSM6.10, A-Law and u-Law compression available in order to save disk space.
Recording metadata logged to file and/or any mainstream database system.

Browsing Recordings

You can fine-tune your searches using the various criteria in the left hand side of the recordings screen. Each criteria used will be considered a required attribute of the recording.

Flexible tagging system

Attach any kind of information to your recordings manually or programmatically via the Call Recording Package API, bookmark interesting places in calls and be able to search through all this personalized information instantly.

Managing Users

Within ATSI Call Recording Package, users must have at least one Login String to be able to log onto the system. However, they can have as many Login Strings as needed

Live Monitoring

USER AND GROUP MONITORING

Depending on your privileges, the Live button in the Main Menu will show you a list of the user groups available for you to monitor. Once you select a particular group, a list of all the group members and their current live status.
